My Story
In addition to working as a licensed physiotherapist, I’m also a passionate content creator. My personal transformation – losing 74 kilograms – continues to fuel my mission to inspire and support others on their journey toward a healthier, more empowered life.
Yoga is a big part of my self-care routine. It helps me stay grounded and connect body, mind, and soul. I also deeply value spending quality time with my family and friends — they give me strength, joy, and a sense of balance in everyday life.
Creativity plays a huge role in everything I do. I love bringing ideas to life through video — from filming to editing. It allows me to merge storytelling with my background in health and wellness to create meaningful content that educates, inspires, and connects.
